We never use mineral oil in any of our products as ultimately it makes skin dryer. The lips need alot of help to stay soft and conditioned. Tinted lip balm is made with bees wax, shea butter and almond oil. The red tint is completely natural from the oil soluble Alkanet Root. Works well as a cheap tint to give a rosy glow to the cheeks.
